4. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective items
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
